Symphony Storytime with Orlando Philharmonic

Symphony Storytime Series with the Orlando Philharmonic at The Plaza Live is specially designed with your family in mind. Enjoy live music for young children, ages three to seven, along with narration and beautiful hand-drawn illustrations that bring favorite children’s classics to life. October 10-11: Spooky Serenades: Pumpkins, candy, and ghosts, oh my! We will be trick or treating our way through this fun, original, spooktacular performance! The haunted sounds of the String Quartet, together with our storyteller, will help get you in the mood for the Fall Season. November 21-22: Peter and the Wolf: A timeless tale of courage and adventure! Join Peter and his friends on the day a scary wolf arrives at their door. Meet our Woodwind Quintet as they learn how Peter saves the day! January 30-31: Tunji and the Giant: Join our OPO musicians to help Tunji escape the Giant and save his community! Learn how to outwit a giant, not by your size, but by using courage, intelligence, and quick thinking. April 10-11: Carnival of the Animals: It’s a musical menagerie as your OPO Brass Quintet brings music inspired by animals to life! Your family will be transported as we listen to elephants trumpet, lions roar, and swans dive. Thanks to a generous grant from Universal Orlando Foundation, Symphony Storytime tickets are FREE! Simply reserve your tickets online (maximum 4 per order) and enjoy the concerts you love. All concerts are performed at The Plaza Live. DATES: Two shows each day from which to choose.
